Between March 25th and 27th, the ADES – Sabugal Business Association, together with CLDS 3G “Sabugal Ativo”, Sabugal Municiapality, Parish Council, Núcleo Cultural e Desportivo Association a and the Sortelha Ethnographic Association, will hold the newest edition of the Town Market – Easter Fair, in the historical village of Sortelha.

This initiative aims to promote the activities linkes to the rural world and the council´s and region´s handcrafts, highlighting the properties of such handcrafted and agricultural products.

As exhibitors, the event will have the participation of farmers and artisans, as well as sausage makers, traditional sweets, jams, honey, olive oil, liqueurs ana many more.

On friday and saturday there will be biblical representations: “Following the Footsteps of Jesus”, directed by João Reis. On Sunday, the townfolks and visitors will have the chance to see the performance of the Sortelha Folklocric Group.
