Accommodation features: 

The house has 4 living rooms, each with a fireplace, a kitchen, a kitchenette, 1 storage room, 5 toilets and 6 rooms of which: 4 double (2 of these are suites, one with fireplace), 1 single, 1 with bunk beds (up to 4 people).  

The house has 5 street entrance doors. It can be used in its whole, or divided (with autonomous entrance/exit doors). 

For security reasons, the gas for water heating of two toilets and kitchen is supplied from own installation and compartment, outside the house. All the other hot waters are supplied by water heaters. In addition to the 4 fireplaces, the house also has “environmentally friendly” heating in every room. The house is in immaculate conditions. There were major renovations in recent years, with new plumbing, sewerage and electricity systems now in use. Four of the bathrooms are totally new while the other one was recently renewed. 

The House is equipped with furniture, stuffing and equipment for 18 people (number of people that the dining room table can hold). It is located in the center of the Historic Village of Sortelha, in front of the pillory and next to the Gate of the Castle Tower.
