Portugal 2020

It is the PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT between Portugal and the European Comission (see DECISION), that gathers the performance of the 5 European Regional Development Fund – ERDF, Coesion Fund, ESF, EAFRD and EMFF – in which are defined the programming principles that encase the economic, social and territorial development policy,  to develop, in Portugal, between 2014 and 2020.
