Platform vortalGOV

After the coming into effect of the Code for Public Procurement (CPP), Law 18/2008 January 29th, that determines that all purchases made by Public Entities: Public Companies, Autarchies, Minitries, Institutes, among others, are made exclusively online in Procurement Electronic Platforms. Due to this, the Sabugal Municipality adopted the vortalGOV platform and established an agreement with Vortal, S.A., a company that provides this service, so that its suppliers may adhere to it, and instantly be prepared to the new reality.

The use of the vortalGOV platform for State suppliers – Universal Access – is free and permits the access and the submitting of consultation/tenders that are provided.
